Shipping Rates

Domestic shippings

For domestic shippings (Italy) rate is €4,50 for purchases up to €49,99. For orders from €50,00 up shipping is for free. Shipping times may vary between 2 and 4 working days since the reception of a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation always includes the tracking number so that client can track his package.

International shippings

Shipping rate is €12,00 for the following countries:

Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Irleand, United Kingdom, Poland, Czechia, Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Denmark, Estonia, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary.

For these countries, shipping is for free on orders above €100,00. Products are shipped from Italy and shipping times may vary between 3 and 5 working days from the reception of a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation always includes the tracking number so that client can track his package.

For the moment we do not ship to other countries besides the aforementioned.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@gipron.it. We kindly ask you to describe: The nature of the damage.
  • The circumstances the product was damaged.
  • To provide us with photos of the damage.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at customercare@gipron.it.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. We can't accept returns on items deteriorated because of usage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
